Update: With Willie, along with his mate Orlando, Sosua never changed from the previous Mayor.
Latin Night Club, and the Casino Playa Chiquita is all Willie and the chicas need. PC could be shut down in one day if the DR Govt had the cojones, however the supply would still be available at the casino after midnight.

I didn't think they actually had programs...
I thought they just put up a lot of posters, drive around with trucks with blaring speakers and hand out a lot of t-shirts to their supporters to drive around with in their own trucks with blaring speakers.
