The judiciary announced the restart of in-person hearings under new health protocols at 146 courts in cities nationwide. Another 74 will remain only operating online. Supreme Court Justice Luis Henry Molina explains the pandemic accelerated the implementation of online justice in the Judicial Branch plans for implementing over five years.
