The Central Electoral Board (JCE) issued Resolution 001-2021 establishing that the municipal elections will be held on the third Sunday in February 2024 (18 February 2024) and the presidential and legislative elections will take place on the third Sunday in May 2024 (19 May 2024).
The JCE also announced the order for the political parties to be listed in the 2024 election ballots. The total valid ballots each political party received in the municipal, presidential and legislative elections held in 2020 determines the order.
