Centrally located in the San Juan Shopping Center in the Downtown commercial area of Punta Cana, the AC Punta Cana by Marriott is now open. The hotel is described as a contemporary-inspired urban establishment. It has 129 rooms on four floors. It is a 15 minute drive from the Punta Cana International Airport. 

“Our location offers visitors carefully designed spaces, modern rooms and refined gastronomy, creating an ideal environment to become a reference in Punta Cana and throughout the country,” says Yamil Montes de Oca, general manager of the hotel. 

The AC Punta Cana targets the “bleisure traveler,” the traveler who combines business and leisure. 

The AC Punta Cana is the third AC Hotel to open in the wider Caribbean this year, joining recently-debuted properties in Tulum, Mexico and Ponce, Puerto Rico.
