The Cycling Grand Prix is in its fourth year. 350 cyclists and 13 international teams will be competing Sunday, 20 February 2022 on the V Centenario Expressway starting 8am. The event is dedicated to National Ditrict Mayor Carolina Mejia.The Expreso V Centenario will be closed to vehicular traffic on Sunday.
Teams are coming from Costa Rica, Bermuda, Puerto Rico, Guadaloupe, Haiti, Venezuela, Colombia and New York, USA.
The Gran Prix de Ciclismo is sponsored by the Dominican Cycling Federation, the National District Cycling Association.
