The Central Electoral Board (JCE) announces the opening of a new branch where people can get their birth certificates and IDs (cedulas) issued. In announcing the new office on 27 April 2022, the president of the JCE, Román Andrés Jáquez Liranzo says civil status certificates can be requested for birth, marriage, divorce, death, among others.

The mall office offers extended working hours and abundant parking. Galeria 360 JCE office hours are: Monday to Friday from 9am to 9pm, Saturdays from 9am to 7pm and Sundays from 10am to 2pm.
