The government’s Metropolitan Office of Bus Services (OMSA) is now operating the Ciudad Juan Bosch-Hipódromo corridor. The Omsa route will allow transfers to the 27 de Febrero and Independencia avenue routes with a single fare. The fares on the Omsa bus route are RD$15, lower than the RD$35 charged to board the new buses now operating exclusively as public-private alliances with transport syndicates on the Av. Núñez de Cáceres. Av. Winston Churchill and Av. Charles de Gaulle routes.
This first time bus transfer will be allowed for those boarding at the Hipódromo module of the entity, paying a single fare of 15 pesos.
