The Dominican Republic is in Group C for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 Qualifiers and will face Canada and The Bahamas in the next window of the competition.

The Dominican Republic will play Canada’s national basketball team on 1 July 2022 (Canada Day) at the FirstOntario Centre in downtown Hamilton, Canada.

The Dominican Republic will then travel to The Bahamas to play The Bahamas on 4 July at the Kendall Isaacs Gymnasium in Nassau.

Canada remains undefeated with a 4-0 record through the first two windows of the qualifier for the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023, set to take place from 25 August to 10 September 2023. The Dominican Republic has a record of 3-1. The Bahamas has won 1 game and lost 3 and the US Virgin Islands team has lost all their games.
