Investigative journalist Addis Burgos presented the story of how the National District Capital City Government under Mayor Carolina Mejía continues to violates its own rules to favor builders of high rises and other businesses. In the investigative report for her program on CDN Channel 37, Burgos shares remarks by city residents about the lack of compliance of the city government or the inexistance of city planning.
