Arajet announces flights to Toronto’s Pearson International Canada in October 2023. The Dominican Republic recently signed a new aviation agreement with Canada. The flight would be Arajet’s first to Canada. In North America, the airline already flies nonstop to Mexico.
Likewise, Arajet has announced it will start new flights to Argentina and Chile in South America this fall. The airline this year began flights to Sao Paulo in Brazil.
In March of 2023, Arajet deposited a request to fly to the United States before the US Department of Transportation.
The airline that has its headquarters at Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) has requested a citizenship waiver in the US aviation agreement to fly to New York (JFK), San Juan, Puerto Rico (SJU) and Miami (MIA).
