With a concert by Elton John, Cap Cana has inaugurated its Legend Arena at Dorado Park in the Punta Cana tourism destination.

The outdoor theater cost RD$30 million. The Legend Arena has a capacity for 3,000 seated.

President Luis Abinader and Tourism Minister David Collado attended the ribbon-cutting and inaugural concert.

The legendary Elton John had performed in 2014 at the Altos de Chavon Amphitheater in Casa de Campo, La Romana.
