The 8th International Women in Theater Festival (Fitmut RD 2023) opens this Saturday, 25 November and will last through 9 December 2023 at venues in schools, universities and alternative spaces. Theater groups from Cuba, El Salvador, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia and host Dominican Republic are participating.
The inauguration will be at the Sala Ravelo of the National Theater in Santo Domingo with the presentation of “Pajarita,” with Teatro Sin Guardia from Argentina.
There will be presentations in venues in Santo Domingo, San Pedro de Macoris, La Romana, Puerto Plata and Santiago.
