President Luis Abinader appointed Lourdes Margarita Franco-Zimmermann ambassador in Sweden. The appointment is in Decree 486-23.
In Africa, President Abinader named Ysset Caridad Román Maldonado ambassador to Egypt with Decree 454-23.
Renso Antonio Herrera Franco is named concurrent ambassador to Seychelles (Decree 608-23), based in the United Arab Emirates. Herrera Franco this year was a appointed Dominican ambassador to the UAE.
