The judges of the Second Collegiate Court of the National District were unanimous in their sentencing of Alison de Jesús Pérez Mejía (Chiquito), Luis Brito Troncoso (Luisito) and Wesly Vincent Carmona, alias “el Dotolcito,” respectively, to 30, 20 and 15 years in prison on Thursday, 25 April 2024. The ruling for the high-profile trial was levied for the robbery that led to the death of 19-year old Joshua Fernández, an innocent bystander in the robbery at the Kiss Bar in the Naco neighborhood.

Alison de Jesús Pérez Mejía (Chiquito[b])[/b] was sentenced to 30 years in jail for firing the shot that killed Fernandez.
