The Dominican national basketball team will play Spain on Friday, 28 June in Alicante, Spain as the team prepares for the Olympics basketball qualifier in Greece from 2 to 7 July 2024.

Team players include veterans Víctor Liz and Eloy Vargas, Jean Montero, Chris Duarte, Andrés Feliz, Ángel Núñez, Luis Santos, Adris de León, Danny Carbuccia, Antonio Peña, Eddy Polanco, Yeikson Montero, Adonys Henríquez and Miguel Simón under Coach Nestor (Che) García.

There has not been news of whether Al Horford or Karl Anthony Towns will join the Dominican team for the qualifier. It may be these two would join if the team succeeds at getting one of four slots still available for the Paris Olympics 12-team basketball tournament.
