The Metropolitan Bus Service Operator (OMSA) buses are back on regular routes to service students at the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD) public university. The bus service also is popular with students of the O&M and UniCaribe universities located in the Centro de los Heroes and nearby Malecon stretch.

In a press release, the transportation company says the five routes in Santo Domingo and one in Santiago will operate from 6pm to 11pm to get students to universities and back safely.

These six routes address the transportation needs of thousands of university students who require affordable and safe transportation for their nightly commutes.

The established routes are as follows:• UASD-Boca Chica: Travels along the Malecón, takes Las Américas Avenue, and ends at Valiente.• UASD-Pantoja: Travels along Tiradentes Avenue and John F. Kennedy Avenue.•...
