The Homs of Santiago and its Bariatric and Metabolic Institute (Meta Integra) announced the carrying out of a successful total gastrectomy operation describing it as a significant milestone in the nation’s medical history and an accomplishment that underscores the hospital’s commitment to innovation and advanced technology in healthcare.
