Milton Morrison, executive director of the National Institute of Transit and Land Transport (Intrant), presented a report to Migration Agency director, Vice Admiral Luis Rafael Lee Ballester, detailing the moto-taxi and “concho” taxi stops in the Greater Santo Domingo area where foreign nationals (Haitians, Colombians and Venezuelan with irregular migratory status) would be operating illegally.

The initiative aims to strengthen mechanisms for verifying and identifying individuals with irregular migration status in the country, thus supporting efforts to ensure order and legality in urban mobility.
