Casa de Teatro, on the Arzobispo Meriño Street, in the Colonial City invites to the summer jazz performances on Thursdays from June through July.

Now in its 26th edition, the festival has been a cornerstone of Dominican and international jazz since 2000.

The festival kicks off on June 5th with the Jonn Reyna Trio, led by Dutch pianist Jonn Reyna, a recognized figure on the local jazz scene and professor at the International School of Contemporary Music at UNPHU. His style blends gospel, soul, fusion, and bebop.

The following week on June 12th, the Sebastián Murena Trio takes the stage, featuring Argentine guitarist Sebastián Murena, a master of swing, bebop, and hardbop.

June concludes with two more captivating performances: the Eliezer Paniagua Trio on June 19th and the Sebastián Mueses Trio, a young talent who has participated in events like Fiesta Sunset Jazz...
