The Dominican Republic senior soccer team will be playing in its first Gold Cup on Saturday, 14 June, earning the slot after a perfect campaign in League B of the 2024/25 Concacaf Nations League. The team is under Argentinian manager Marcelo Neveleff.

The Concacaf Gold Cup is the premier men’s senior national team soccer tournament for the North, Central American, and Caribbean region. It is held every two years since 1991.

The 18th Concacaf Gold Cup will take place from 14 June through 6 July 2025 to determine the next champion of the region.

The Dominican soccer team won its six encounters in Group D alongside Bermuda, Dominica and Antigua and Barbuda. The team won 3-2 at Bermuda in its opening match, followed by 2-nil win at home against Dominica and 5-nil wins in its two fixtures against Antigua and Barbuda.
