Nuria Piera interviewed Milton Morrison regarding his formal complaint against DeKolor SRL for irregularities in contracting and bribe attempts. Piera says the facts brought forward by the case presented by the current director of Intrant explains many questions on why this contractor had remained for years in government.

DeKolor executives had maneuvered for years to pass amendments to their original contract to enhance their profits. When the company sought to extend the contract through its expiration date in January 2025, they met with resistance from the current director who had ordered financial and legal audits to the contracting uncovering major irregularities.
