A new Colonial City parking garage opens on 1 August 2025. It is located at Arzobispo Meriño corner Avenida Mella, on the north side of the Colonial City in the National District. The parking building has 350 parking spots and spaces for motorcycles and bicycles.

The new facility has charging stations for EVs as well as a few mall businesses. It will operate 24/7/365. The cost for parking has been set at RD$100 per hour.

Intrant will operate an office on site for renewing driver licenses. There will also be a car wash, elevators, fire prevention equipment, and digital payment will be available.

The project was financed by the governmental Banreservas at a cost of US$16 million, and the installation will be managed by the TX company from Panama, reportedly with 40 years managing parking spaces in Latin America.
