The Police arrested a US citizen who is suspect of having thrown a dog to his death from an 11th floor apartment in the Bella Vista neighborhood. Animal protection units protested the happening and called for an investigation. As reported in El Nacional, the authorities also found another dog with visible signs of abuse in the possession of the US citizen at the time of his arrest.

Upon his arrest, the Police found a brown Doberman with visible neck injuries, further intensifying the accusations of animal abuse pending against him. The case is being handled by the Ensanche Naco Community Prosecutor’s Office.
