Amarilys German of the Dominican Republic, the long-time right hand of Juan Luis Guerra, is one of four Leading Ladies honorees who will be celebrated during the Latin Grammy Week 2025. German is officially the Entertainment Executive and Manager to Latin Grammy- and Grammy-winning artist Juan Luis Guerra.

The three other 2025 honorees are Maricarmen “Tuti” Bou, vice president of Sony Music Entertainment in Puerto Rico; Paula Kaminsky, Managing Director at Global Talent Services US (GTS), a talent management agency; and Rozalén, Latin Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter.

The event precedes the grand gala of the 26th Annual Latin Grammy Awards that will be held on Thursday, 13 November 2025 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
