An editorial in Diario Libre reports that the Dominican Bar (CARD) has revoked the legal guarantees to former Dominican ambassador Donni Santana that would enable him to teach law to members of the bar. The CARD has decided to give the convicted lawyer a second chance. He had been serving a 20-year sentence for sexual abuse against his step daughter issued in 2018.
