Public prosecutors of the Attorney General Office have released the findings in the accusations of the investigations into National Transit and Transport Institute (Intrant) operations and these point to widespread institutional weakness and lack of government supervision to impede the major and continuing scams that have impacted the entity.
The prosecutors are looking into the network of companies related to Jose Angel Gomez (Jochi) and reveal that DeKolor (that had the contract for issuing the Dominican driver licenses), Transcore Latam (that had the contract for new traffic lights for Santo Domingo), Aurix and Pago RDXchange generated irregularly sourced resources and these were siphoned off to OML Investments.
