The CCRD describes the portal as a “fast and easy” way to interact with the auditing office in real-time.

The new portal serves as a direct channel for citizens and civil society organizations to report the misuse of public funds and institutional irregularities. By providing a mechanism for anonymous reporting, the CCRD aims to lower the barriers for whistleblowers and foster a culture of social oversight.

Users can now submit claims of corruption and resource mismanagement without revealing their identity. The tool is designed to facilitate “social control,” allowing the public to actively monitor state institutions.
