The Migration Policy Observatory (OPM) has officially inaugurated its new Data Center and digital platform at the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), marking a significant expansion in the oversight of national migration strategies.

The initiative aims to bridge the transparency gap regarding the enforcement of the 15 security and migration measures established by President Luis Abinader last year. By integrating technology and academic rigor, the OPM seeks to transition from internal monitoring to an open, participatory model.
