In a move to further solidify the Dominican Republic’s position as a premier regional logistics and manufacturing hub, the National Council of Export Free Zones (CNZFE) has officially greenlit the development of the Savanna Free Zone Park. The project was formalized through a contract signing between the Minister of Industry, Commerce, and MSMEs, Yayo Sanz Lovatón, and the president of the Board of Directors of Grupo Estrella, Manuel Estrella.

Located in the Boca Chica area, near the Las Americas International Airport and the Punta Caucedo Multimodal Port and Logistics Center, the park is designed to be a high-tech ecosystem integrating medium and advanced technology companies.
