The La Saladilla Beach Club announced it has reopened after a major upgrade of facilities to add accommodations for the luxury market. Under the ownership of entrepreneur Enric Dolsa, the renovated establishment operates on a low-density lodging model. The property’s philosophy centers on providing a tranquil environment where guests can connect with the natural landscape, El Nacional reports.

“The concept of the hotel is based on fewer guests, greater exclusivity, and an atmosphere of calm,” Dolsa explained. “Here, you pay more to enjoy more.”

The hotel’s culinary offerings emphasize intimacy, featuring personalized breakfasts served on private terraces or via room service. The current midday menu focuses on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
