The Observatory of Migration Policies (OPM), created by decree 215-25 of 20 April, presented its first preliminary report after three months of fieldwork and verification of progress in the application of the 15 migration measures announced by President Luis Abinader.

The Executive Commission, headed by Miguel Franjul, delivered two reports: one on the missions carried out and another on the level of compliance with the measures. The OPM detailed that it began work with the formation of a technical committee and the approval of its Work Plan, Internal Regulations, Action Route and Communication Strategy.
