European Union (EU) investment in the Dominican Republic reached €1.6 billion in 2024 alone, contributing to a massive cumulative total of €10 billion since 2020. These figures were presented by Raúl Fuentes Milani, EU Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, during his appearance at the high-level “Desayuno del Listín Diario” business table.

Fuentes Milani was joined by German ambassador Maike Friedrichsen, Italian ambassador Sergio Maffettone, Netherlands ambassador Sonia Meijer and French ambassador Eric Fournier for the talk with the editor in chief of Listin Diario Miguel Franjul and deputy editor Fabio Cabral.
