Albert Pujols retired in 2022 following a 22-season MLB career with the St. Louis Cardinals and the Los Angeles Angels. His stats reveal 703 career home runs (4th all time), 2,218 RBIs, second all-time. He is a 11-time All Star MLB player.

While the Estrellas originally announced Pujols’ arrival in December, his specific role remained undisclosed until now.
