The Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (ProDominicana), in partnership with the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA), has officially announced the Americas Investment Forum (AIF) 2026. The event is a chapter of activities leading to the World Investment Conference (WIC) and is scheduled to take place from 1 to 3 July 2026 at the JW Marriott Hotel in Santo Domingo.

Under the theme “Building Opportunities,” the forum aims to solidify the Dominican Republic’s position as a premier investment destination while fostering regional competitiveness. The initiative arrives amidst a significant shift in global value chains, with the Caribbean nation seeking to capitalize on trends in nearshoring, energy transition, and digital transformation.
