The National Health Service (SNS) is seeing a significant shift in public perception, with the latest Gallup poll revealing that 51.8% of the population views the government’s performance in the healthcare sector as “good.” The survey, conducted between 28 April and 1 May 2026, places healthcare among the highest-rated areas of national public administration. 1,200 potential voters were interviewed in person for the poll.

The positive data coincides with a reported surge in hospital productivity. According to SNS records, the public network provided over one million additional medical assists during the first four months of 2026 compared to the same period in previous years.
