No need to stop chica friendly hotels. The people that are trying to clean up Sosua would be very happy if these guys would contact their chicas on WA. Unfortunately, only a small minority do that. That's why, instead, you have this mass market, meat monger, puta parade on PC that authorities are trying to eliminate.

Problem is these chica hunters act the same way at hotels as on the strip and clubs.
Families aren’t going to stay in the hotels.... it’s all a big hoax.

At the hotels it isn't a problem behind closed doors. I agree that families are not going to stay a hooker hotels. They can paint a scarlet letter on them to make them easy to identify as chica friendly.

Those who want families will have to provide hooker free accommodations. That could happen if enough families want to come and hotels can make money. It is always supply and demand.

As for what happens to Sosua beach, and the development of towers there, I expect it isn't a question of if changes are made, but when...

On my way to Santo Domingo to file my citizenship application, which was accepted, I heard a juicy rumor which does coincide with hearsay I have heard before. And it is completely consistent with what just happened on the west end of Pedro Clisante. This was told to me after I noticed and commented on the line of cement blocks with fence poles currently being installed and look like they will soon be dressed with a chain link fence to secure the property along the main highway down to Sosua Beach...

I was told that three different "towers, which means some type of multilevel resort complex, will be built with three large buildings being built on the land behind Sosua beach. The money is coming from outside the country. Keep a look out on what happens over the next couple of years.

The land is owned by a Dominican family. Condos and Hotel. My guess is the buildings will be 7 floors.

That was the reason for wanting to move the beach vendors to small plazas on either end of the beach. But they'll probably continue to resist to the last minute. I expect the beach change process to start once all the fencing is up. It is going to need a ton of infrastructure to support the number of rooms their going to squeeze in there, that's going to take some time before they can start building.

Once everything kicks off at the beach, that protest could get really ugly fast.

Won't the owners have to post deslinde notices on their land? That will be a definite sign that something is coming.

What happens in chica friendly hotel or cabana is not the problem. A one on one interaction between hooker and john (What's App or otherwise) is not part of the problem.

What was on the street in plain view and what is posted on the Internet of explicit sex acts are what caused the problem. That is why the closures were made. People want to do things in the area where the whores and whore mongers were in plain view. Why is this hard to understand?

Exactly right Winde.

I drove my pareja and step daughter to the overlook at Playa Alicia one evening this past summer after having just bought ice cream at Bons. We got out of the car to eat the ice cream & look out over the ocean from the parking area below the condos facing the sea.
And there on the 3rd floor was the New York crowd (about 20) having a party with girls taking turns twerking on guys laps (one was even topless), others in their panties and everyone whooping it up and slapping a*ses. Then a moto concho pulls up and another puta gets out and wants to come up so she's yelling at the top of her lungs for 10 minutes while those on the balcony ignored her (probably a reject from another night ?). I'm guessing the neighbors were not impressed.

I'm far from being a prude and hookers are just fine, but the Spandex Queens and the Bronx crew need to realize their flagrant public displays are what has snuffed the high-life bars in Sosua. Dominicans are tired of seeing themselves & Sosua displayed as bawdy, cheap, tacky and a playground for the uncultured thug life.
Take it indoors, don't be obnoxiously loud .... and the party can keep going.

Yes, bottom line is their animals, but don’t just come from the Bronx; also Chicago, Atlanta, Miami.

A most wonderful thread it is.

Big, patience is a virtue. It took over 10 years to reach this point.

Didn't you just see the vid of "families" triumphantly marching up Pedro Clisante? It's over.

More vacationers and pensioners will slowly start to trickle in. And while it may be hurting right now for some, in the end this will be good for all residents. I don't care who you are, or where you're from, every parent wants good opportunities for their kids and a safe environment for them to grow up in. Sosua wasn't doing too well in that respect. Things just changed for the better.

While I agree completely, there might just be some whore mongers who don't like it.

I am pleasantly surprised about the local population showing support for this effort.

Where is that video?

And speaking of the brothers, what I don't get is are there any females where they come from? They all act so desperate as if they all just did a 20 year stretch and just got out yesterday. Even if all the bars on PC open up again Sosua has become a dump thanks to those idiots and their antics. And it's not like they're kids either, some are in their 40s and 50s, and still acting like morons and as if they've never been touched by a woman before.
