Hi, we are thinking of going to D.R. in either Feb or Dec..Weather?? How about golfing, we plan to stay at the Melia Caribe Tropical on the southeast coast..Also, is a car a definite? Any suggestions on anything special to do or see, send it all !!!! Thanks..
