This is my first post . I will be moving (1-2 months) from Miami to Bavaro . I was wondering if there are any ex-pats (or not) living in Bavaro that can let me know what the quality and speed of Flash (DSL) is like . I am NOT a regular poster , so if you can email me DIRECTLY , that would be huge !!
