it is true... you do NOT need a PCR to board a plane IN Canada... you DO need a PCR negative test to board a plane BACK to Canada

Does anyone know if I were to burn a DVD for someone in the D.R. what region code I would have to use to have the most viewing compatibility? From what I'm reading on the net it looks like I need to use Region Code 4 and NTSC-M format. Can anyone confirm or advise? Thanks
