    Could anyone provide me with good book references or web sources for the 1863 "Guerra de la Restauracion"? I am researching in particular Lucas Evangelista de Pe?a, who was a general at the time that fought along the pro-independence side. Any guidance would certainly be appreciated.

    flights held-up Has anybody heard news about a purported strike at the AILA airport? I've just being told that no int'l flight is currently departing from SDQ. Any further news on this would be appreciated.
