Hi All, In 2004 there was a rather large Carnaval parade held in Sosua. Does anyone know if they will do that this years and if so when will it occur. Thanks for any info!!!!

I am trying to get information on the purple bus service from Sosua to Samana. I did search in the previous post, but just want to make sure that the information is still accurate. I need the schedules to and from and also the cost if anyone out there has made this trip recently.

Hello, I am the most excited person in the world having made the decision to move to the DR in January, but we are full of questions. If we transfer a large sum of money to the DR bank and something happens that we want to return to the US can we transfer the money back in US dollars to the US.
