I was in Sosua last week. I went to the Water Front Hotel for breakfast and it was closed.

I have made close friends with a poor Dominican family that has a 12 year old son, (same age as my son). I would love to bring this boy back to the US for approx. one month in the summer to meet and stay with my son. Can this be done and what would be the procedure be.
