I'm interested in raising meat rabbits in Dominican Republic for self-consumption and to obtain as much good as we can from it spending as little as possible, so that producing rabbit meat becomes cheaper than buying chicken meat, preferably without need of imported products, and that it becomes as beneficial as it can. I think this could open a window for low-income families, specially outside the city, and will be good for our economy. The point is not to make money, but to make a stable, reasonable and ecologic source of resources for survival.
