I am planning to move to the north shore and opening an Internet Cafe. Does anyone know if there are any in Puerto Plata, Sousa, etc. and how much they cost? I am moving from the US and am trying to decide on the best community to settle in. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am very serious about retiring in the DR and was told Puerto Plata is a great place. Any info on anything about living in the DR would be greatly appreciated.....
