We deleted a bunch of accounts today and we will continue to do so if we catch anyone spamming rentals, real estate or anything else for that matter via the PM, board etc. If you get caught twice, be prepared to be named and shamed on the board. Trust me, with 1,000s of readers, that can be very bad for business.
Let me give you a heads up!
Don't always assume a first time poster looking for a rental or to buy real estate is the real deal. Engage brain before sending a PM etc as it might not be who you think it is.
We go out of our way to protect and promote those advertisers that contribute and help maintain DR1.
