Do either of you know of any call centers that are closing, or have recently closed? Looking for space right now.

That one was in POP and closed March 31. They sold some of the equip and a partnership took over part of the space.

I do know they will sublet some of the seats - up to 80 of them.

Yes. They simply closed up shop - some of the space was taken up and the rest of the equip sold off.

Thanks. Someone told me that they only do tele-marketing and that salaries were comission based.

Not true it all depends on the center. Some do outbound telemarketing. some do inbound - ie from an 800 number for insurance. Others do customer service - ie Visa account address updates.

Most pay some base salary plus commission and / or productivity bonuses.
