New police chief in Sousa...again?

I heard that Sosua has another new Chief of Police. (I lost count of how many we have gone through years ago.) Can anyone verify this? Does anyone know anything about him? Will he be handing out new orders to clean things up OR just have his hand out?

It would be good if they can revive "Lugobino Fernandez" who was the chief of Santiago police department when Trujillo was running the country.
theses were his rules;
First time caught stealing some thing / Right hand cutted
Second time caught / killed

That is what we need to save the country..

Nonsense.
With the Dominican police killing many innocent people sometimes for very suspicious reasons, this is would just make the country more lawless.
What we need is less corruption within the PN and the justice system.
