Can anyone recommend a good travel store in the capital where one can buy items such as luggage locks, eye masks and neck pillows? Thank you.

The Jumbo in Ave Luper?n has an area dedicated to luggage. Might find what you're looking for there.

La Maleta is a store dedicated to luggage and travel. They have branches next to Unicentro Plaza on Lincoln and 27 de Febrero and also in the basement of Acropolis Mall.
