There are no buses from the airport at all!
You have to take a taxi into Santo Domingo, either to Caribe Tours (closest) or Metro.
It should cost around $30 or so, depending on your bargaining skills
The trip to Santiago costs less than $9.00 depending on which bus you take. RD$260 or RD$270 or so.
Nice ride, cold bus.
