Divorce Attorney Referral Needed

Hi friends,

If anyone were so kind as to provide a referral for a competent divorce lawyer, I would be deeply grateful. The parties are Dominican-US citizens who have been living apart for 2 years or so now and who married in New York.

If they were married in NY why wouldn't they use a US attorney? A Dominican attorney can't help them in a US court.
